We are starting to prepare for the end of the school year and look ahead to next year. We will be having a Maple Grove Move Up day on Friday, May 10 for our preschool, kindergarten, and first-grade students. During this event, students will have the opportunity to meet all the teachers in their upcoming grade level. We will have fun activities for them to do in each classroom and get acquainted with the new classrooms for their grade level.
On Monday, May 13 our second-grade students will have their move-up day at Martin Warren. We will load buses around 1:15pm and head over to Martin Warren for the second graders to meet the teachers and get acquainted with the new building.
We look forward to celebrating this exciting milestone with your child!

Dear Maple Grove Families,
Dexter, a first grader at Maple Grove, has been bravely battling Burkitt's Lymphoma. As you can imagine, Dexter and his family are facing significant challenges as they navigate through this difficult time. To offer our support and assistance, we are organizing a fundraiser to help alleviate some of the financial burdens associated with Dexter's treatment.
Here are the details of the fundraiser:
Date: Monday, May 6 {will continue selling until all bracelets are sold}
Location: Maple Grove Elementary
Cost: $3 or free will donation
We are offering each bracelet for $3 each. We have child and adult sizes available. Additionally, for those who wish to contribute in their own way, we welcome free-will donations. Every penny collected during this fundraiser will go directly to Dexter and his family to assist with medical expenses and other necessities.
If you have any questions or would like to volunteer your assistance for the fundraiser, please feel free to contact Mrs. Fleeman or Dr. Klein.
Thank you for your generosity, support, and kindness during this challenging time. Together, we can make a difference for Dexter and his family.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Fleeman, Principal
